Reduced Rate Application

If you have a disability, you may be eligible for a reduced transit fare identification card. Individuals
wishing to become eligible for the reduced fare Identification Card must file an application with a
physician's certification that they are eligible for the reduced fare program. Eligibility is determined
by the City of Racine, Belle Urban System.
